Welcome to 2048^2048 – a frantic and enhanced version of the classic 2048 puzzle game that takes strategy and chaos to a whole new exponential level!

You start on a familiar grid, but you'll soon discover this isn't your ordinary number-merging experience. Your ultimate goal is to reach the mind-boggling tile value of 2048^2048. Yes, you read that right – 2048 to the power of 2048!

What awaits you in the game?

• Upgrade System: After every few turns (rounds), you earn points for merged tiles. Spend these points in the shop for a wide array of game-changing upgrades:
  • Increase the spawn chance of higher-value tiles.
  • Unlock and enhance special tiles.
  • Modify global game parameters, like the odds of negative effects.
  • And much more...
• Special Tiles: Spice up your strategy with unique tiles:
  • Wild Card: Merges with anything and doubles its value!
• Corrupted Tiles: Appear with negative values (-2, -4, ...). If you merge them with their positive counterpart, both are destroyed – a great way to clear out unwanted numbers!
  • Locked Tiles: These tiles get stuck for several turns and cannot be moved or merged. Plan carefully around them!
• Upgrade Shop: Every X rounds, a shop will appear with a random selection of N upgrades. Use your hard-earned points wisely to purchase new enhancements or level up existing ones.
• Escalating Chaos and Challenge: As numbers grow and upgrades activate, the game becomes more dynamic and chaotic. Every playthrough is unique!
• Global Parameters: Monitor (and eventually upgrade) key game mechanics such as the spawn chance for corrupted or locked tiles, and the maximum initial exponent of new tiles.

Game Status (MVP):

This is the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) version of the game. It includes the core gameplay loop, the upgrade system, the shop, key special tiles, and the scoring/currency system. The game is "complete" in the sense that it's playable from start to (theoretical) finish. In the future, we plan to add more upgrades, special tiles, board anomalies, tile evolutions, and other features to further deepen the strategy and the "coolness" factor!
